Forum Publicity-&-Marketing web design offer

I am offering to design a few websites at an exceptionally reduced rate of $49.99. The cost would cover domain name registration and web-hosting for a year. You provide the pictures and text, I design the site and host it, with a "Site designed by ..." link at the bottom. I don't do Flash intros, Java applets, or E-commerce sites, and this opportunity would probably suit someone who prefers a simple non-cluttered website as a first presence on the web. Interested?
