room and breathe fresh air outside. Sometimes eating is my way out of stress.

To REALLY relax I grab a good book (real book not Ereader), a tall frosty stein of microbrew beer and a $20 cigar. I sit out on my west deck facing the Cascade moutains and read, smoke and sip. An hour later I am so relaxed I love the world again :)
