I created this group quite a while back and just noticed that we’ve got some members. Let’s get a conversation going and maybe we can all meet at some point in person to visit and crit each others work.

I’ve been working on three short stories that I am really stuck on. My inner critic has reared it’s ugly head and convinced me that they are CRAP. I’d love to receive some feedback to get me out of the funk or help me understand why they are indeed CRAP.

This one opens well, but dies in the middle and toward the end. Although I do like the abrupt ending.

This one I like better, but I’ve looked at it for so long I can no longer be objective; is it descriptive enough; does the reader get a vivid picture of the characters and the action, I can’t tell.
