Darkling
Description"Darkling" is both an adverb and an adjective. It means "in the dark" as well as describing the attributes of darkness (this includes being threatening). Dark writing is very popular. In creating this group, I sincerely hope that we dark writers can create a community where we can share our works with one another. And just because you are dark doesn't mean that you are depressed. Some of us have natural interests in the occult, supernatural, or horror genres. Others of us are sensitive and emotional.
In Darkling, all writers darkle. Here you can share your love of dark writing without being persecuted. Any and all (only) dark writing is accepted. That is the sole purpose of this group. Note: I will be holding a group contest once a month. It will be open for an entire month. All group members are eligible to enter. The following rules are for every member's well-being. Please read them. 1] No excessive swearing in the forums. 2] Only some suggestive material in writing and forums. Remember that not all dark writers are of a mature age. 3] Give all writers their due respect. Remember that everybody has their own opinions. 4] Be careful. Don't ever give out your personal information, including your name, to strangers. The internet is an unexplored jungle filled with predators waiting to pounce on unwilling prey.
