Help Wanted Forum Con-Lang Partner

Substitution ciphers are easy, I can create them all day. Unique symbols to represent almost any alphabet. But con-lang is where the real fun is. New symbols, new letters, new syntax, new everything. Building an entire language from the ground, or close to it, up. However, it's a little difficult for me to do on my own. I was wondering if anyone out there had experience with constructed languages, or if you'd be willing to jump into the deep end with me. Experience in other languages than English is a plus.
