Overly Attached Book Writers Forum Review the Person Above You

I got this idea from the group Fantasy Gold. (Awesome group, by the way, you  should go join it)

Basically, the way it works is you leave a review for the person above you, then a link to a chapter, poem, story, etc that you need feedback about. Whoever replies after you will then reply to that chapter.

Say I saw the previous poster was Joe Schmoe. I'd respond to the link Joe Schmoe posted, then add something like "I think Chapter 4 of my book Fallen Ones could use some strengthening, please give me feedback about it, here's the link"" and then paste the URL.
