Passion4writing Forum Why do you write???

I love writing and can't stop if I tried.  I would love to get published one day, but even if I don't I will never stop.  Writing is like interactive reading, I get a little control over the story and then it takes off without me.  I get so involved with my characters that I can easily confuse their emotions with mine. Why do you write, passion, fun...????

i write because my brain comes up with to many things for me NOT to write. That and I love it.

Do you love to read as much as to write? I do, but I can't do both.  I am either reading or writing.  I can be writing several different things at once, but to read confuses me.  I think mainly because I am worried that something that I read might have an effect on my writing and I don't want to risk that from a legal prospective.
