It is the year 2054. I'm not sure how, but our world has fallen. The rules of death no longer apply, and those few still living have more to fear than ever before. Now our dead hunt us. I am Aya Marcel. I have been trying to survive this twisted world and the new and ever evolving virus that has taken hold of my species. The obstacles continue to mount, but I am determined to prevail, or at least not end up one of the beasts that now hunt me. I have taken refuge in an abandoned Wal-Mart, where I stock up and wait out the night.
