Democracy



I see the politicians who smile and lie
and with snouts fresh dripping from the gravy train
attempt to enhance their popularity.
They think the voters cannot use their brain,
perhaps this is true apart from very few
like me and you. Who do what little we can do.

To wake the people to corruption at the top,
jobs for good old boys and for the family.
When you need one you can never find a cop.
This is how it has always has been and will be
evermore. Until the people know the score
and decide they won�t stand for anymore.

Democracy in a country full of fools
lets the politicians flout the rules.
