The Other Ones

The Other Ones is a group for the dilettantes who experience the world through the eyes of a poet. The world is a complicated place--I'm not sure if we're gifted or cursed with our poeticalness. We romanticize the good, while sympathizing with the bad. We are different than most, but we are necessary. I'm hoping that this group can be one that poets can share their work with other poets--receive feedback from other poets. I think this will be beneficial to us all.

So sign-up and post your work. If you feel your work isn't being given ample attention or being critiqued, then simply send it to me. I'll get back to you myself. I will also be holding contests, once the membership increases. I hope you decide that The Other Ones is a place where you can feel at home.
