The Writers' Guild Forum Looking for Inspiration

I'm searching for some inspiration for a poem.  Haven't written one in nearly a week.  Anyone with some ideas can leave me a mail or something.

I feel you, I have those a loooot lately. 

But for me a walk in the forest, some calm music and long showers usually do the trick. 

Basically do what you feel calm with, the mind will find it's way to make stuff up.
