When The Weather Outside Is Frightful..... Forum What is a Californian doing he..

California winters can be as nasty as anything in Ohio (where I'm originally from). Sheets of cold rain falling horizontally, blasting wind---everything is damp, and a damp cold is mean. I would rather be in the land of snow anytime, where at least you can build a fire and get warm, and at least the merchants have the heat on. Here you just suffer that damp cold until spring.

Anyone who has suffered though any kind of cold weather is welcome here!!
