I am a newbie on the block, searching for a safe haven to belong to. I love to write stories, mostly from my life, experiences, travels and just plain old thoughts on whatever triggers my fingers to write. I love foodie novels, I grew up at a Formica table with grannies and great grannies in Texas and friends abroad. I am always excited to meet new people with new ideas, experiences and even those from exotic places. I am a retired nurse enjoying life through travels and shared time with friends in the kitchen, on the road, and over a glass of wine. Life is to be lived, experienced and shared. I hope to do that till my time to crossover comes.
