Like the majority of people here, I've been writing for a long time and become erratic without those therapy sessions with pen and paper. This is my first attempt at joining the online writing community, though.
I usually write poems and short (heavily detailed and annoyingly embellished) prose, with occasional bouts of life-writing or fanciful journal-like pieces.
I like fancy words and have a shameless adoration for bad puns and word play. I hate the concept of genres so apologies in advance if my work is categorised badly.

Aside from all that I love music, any suggestions pertaining to new bands and artists are always welcome. I intend to be an English teacher when my feet decide they're done exploring this great world of ours, which will probably be never.
I love psychology, biology and languages. I speak Italian fairly well, and intend to study Spanish, Arabic and Mandarin in the near future. I'm also tattooed and pierced with many many many plans for more.
