Its essence is water.
A pebble is thrown into the pond,
But it does not change the essence.
The pebble floats through the water
And lands at the bottom
The water is unchanged.
The pebble has simply passed through.
You are like a pond
Whose essence is unlimited love.
Anger, resentment may pass through you
But your essence is unchanged,
A ripple upon the surface
A sensation, a feeling, passing through.
Return to your essence.
You are unchanged by what passes through.
There is no resistance, no attraction.
There is just the pond, water.
There is just you, limitless love."
