poetry lover

My original home was Detroit where I was a teacher until I moved to San Diego for my husband's job. I have loved music all my life, studied classical piano, and eventually was part of a Dixieland jazz band and a swing band. I formed my own jazz standards band, then a jazz trio, and also play solos for seniors, classical, jazz, and their favorites. I started writing in 1998 and continued since then. I wrote a chap book of poetry and a book about the history of my mother's family
