i admire
your felicity

mesmerized i stand
in a land far away and watch
as your words
whisper beauty in my ears

what else is there
but them gem of moments
treasured with care
into scintillating poetry
by one as gifted as you
for one as lost as me
so i may find
a home
in a language
still alien to me
and believe
that civilizations reached
my doorstep
because
in a moment of freedom
i opened the door
and said

come on in
my heart welcomes you
as it would welcome
a breeze
on a november morning
in 2013

so we may travel
a bit in time

together
with words as our vehicles
and thoughts as our wings

so what if we can't fly
we'll still try

and now
to your poetry

to the songs your heart sings
and i may hear
just so
there's more music
in my universe of verse

I'm looking into this website..I had some energy issues so I'm getting to it now...the main problem with these courses is, with my hyperacusis, I have issues in classroom settings...my various nervous systems take a beating..I'll meditate on it...I have hundreds of art and poetry and history books at my disposal in the studio though...because I needed to save my artist poet historian friend's apt. (the dude in my profile pic) by storing stuff in the bat cave apparatus...I'll show you a pic of my cool statue lamp, and the book shelf, when I get the books out of bags and onto my various shelves..this guy, Jack, did an 18 minute dada poem at poetry open mic; I recorded it, but all my footage is in limbo atm...here a sample of him and I behind his apt. building a couple years ago.

p.s. I really love your work as well

I've taken somewhat of a break from reading and writing, though my head writes poems a few times a day

I, too, am a beatnik; just after I start to feel alone I get avalanched by the love vibe from reverberations made in the dark

I'll be reviewing again as soon as I know I have the time to give peoples' melodic voices their due regards...yourself included, ofc
