Please bear with me I am going through some personal and health issues within my life. I know I have been a top reviewer, so don't take this personally, but there have been writers who never fail to be there for me on my writing so it is their work I need to get to, and a few others who have been there in other ways.

With the support and encouragement of a gifted writer and good friend I am finally starting to work on my first book. I can tell you it is fantasy (not a genre I thought I would ever be writing), I have a rough outline, with a story line that continues to expand. I am very excited about this project. I have already been working on this, and am considering posting some of the chapters here. I will keep you posted!

Passion comes from within, finding your muse, our love, anger, hate, lose, emotions - we write.
We write from deep inside. We share our joys, our sadness our friendships and we make new friendships though our writing. The Cafe brings us closer because here we all have one thing in common our love for writing. No matter what the genre of writing we share, we gather for a reason to grow and learn from one another.

We all know that not all of our writing will be everyone's cup of tea, but to you/me that is all that counts. Sometimes we fluster, we block, we scream and curse. But at our fingertips something magical happens and that is what comes out on paper. Our poetry, stories, essays, blogs and experiments.

Struggling is a part of writing, but a love of struggling. So many words, staring back at you, some making sense while the others a complete mystery. But that's what makes it so great!

I enjoy reading other's writing, and I don't mind if you send me a read request. But I ask that you please be patient. I try to give your work the review it deserves. I also ask you do the same in return.
I must ask that you please remember that I am also here to write. Please do not send me messages asking me to get to your read requests, for one that is unfair, and second unnecessary.
At this time I am no longer taking friend requests, I have found that I am spending more time reviewing other's work, and getting no reciprocation. I came to the cafe to grow and learn as a writer, and that is what I want to continue to do.
To me there is no point in a one sided friendship
