I want to thank you, J. for always giving me honest and helpful reviews. Though I have been writing for almost an eternity, I know I still have a lot to learn. I've been reading through your poems while I should be doing homework, so I hope you don't mind if I just address them here. I'm in the middle of midterms, so individual reviews are getting more difficult to make time for. I like the anger in your poems. Though I may not agree with everything, even as a left-winger, you must be doing something right if you can elicit the kind of response I see in the reviews. I really enjoy someone who can speak their mind with eloquence. Don't let anyone tell you you're wrong to speak out or you're not informed.

F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote: "At eighteen our convictions are hills from which we look; at forty-five they are caves in which we hide."
