The Ethereal Gazette is on the verge of relaunching as a dual format publication, I have the guidelines written up and will have them launched on a new blog. I take inspiration from Richard Matheson, Edgar Allan Poe, Rod Serling, Frank Belknap Long, H.P. Lovecraft, Stephen King, James Barlog, C.S. Lewis (Screwtape Letters,) Frank Peretti (The Hangman's Curse,) Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark Trilogy, and other obscure horror anthologies out there. The reboot of the magazine will pick up where it left off but try to have the issues be about 180-190 pages. There will be an editor's choice payment of $35.00 for Fiction, and $25 for creative nonfiction (memoir style works please, either being a dark tinged Christian testimony, true Paranormal account or close call with death.) Word count starts at 2500 and maxes out at 15,000 words. I publish two 15,000 word novellas per issue -- will feature heterosexual goth, industrial and metal couples (plus if you're married) and photos being either in abandoned building, cemetery or goth looking night club. Artists will be paid $15.00 (two works of art will be chosen for interior) and cover art will be $40.00 via paypal.
