This might help this is a poem I did on writers block but it was also on what I feel writing is we all write it differently.

It's called Writers block doesn't plague me.




Your body and mind is telling you to take a break don't push yourself too hard when we don't take a break we get blocked and if we stress out.

Try rhyming one word with another that works also
make sure you eat and drink plenty of water and get
some good sleep deprived of sleep causes that also.
