Kresley Cole is going to start a YA series called the arcana chronicles. About the characters of Tarot Cards come to life to stop a world apocalypse. I think the first one of the series was released Tuesday but I haven't read it yet.

Haha. I actually thought you were referring to the fiction vampire you thing when you said you saw it coming. But in regards to Ash's mom, yea. It makes perfect sense.

The Percy Jackson series' are pretty enjoyable. When he took on the "Curse of Achilles", I was excited and smiling, thinking how badass he was gonna be. But the whole him and Annabeth thing in Mark of Athena, on Tvtropes.org, in his character sheet, that falls under the following trope and is just made of epic.

I have read both series :) my students love them! I had to find a book that they would all be interested in reading and thats the one they chose. Right now we are on book 1 of the Heroes of Olympus series.

Oh come on!!! If Acheron's mom is an evil badass, how could his moms relatives not be evil badasses?

First things first, how did you see it coming? How does it make total sense? lol

Second, I have found my favorite love story and interestingly enough, it resides in two young adult series set in the same universe.

If you haven't read the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, I highly recommend it to you. It's like Harry Potter but with stuff you would find in a Dark-Hunter novel. Follow that up with the sequel series, The Heroes of Olympus. Star couple of the series? Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase. Seriously, latest book in the series? EPIC.

Here's the scene.

Our hero tightly grips the wrist of his love with one hand while straining to hold onto a crumbling ledge with his other. Below them, a gaping chasm that leads directly to Tartarus, the deepest, most hellish part of Hades. Friends are trying to rescue them. Queue Gandolf in Moria moment with the hero saying "Fly you fools!" Then he turns back to his woman and instead of pulling some bullshit, "I'll never let go," he says to her;

"We're staying together. You're not getting away from me. Never again."

Annabeth, our heroine and no less of a badass than Percy, looks into her loves eyes, knowing he can't hold on any longer, replies with;

"As long as we're together."

He lets go.

Queue crowning moment of epic heartbreak and awesomeness.

Officially my favorite couple in a story. Ever.

P.S. Sorry for the long a*s comment. lol. I just finished reading the book.

I thought it was good. Definitely not as good as others, but I liked it. The bomb that Ash dropped about his mom's relation to the 3 original deities of evil was a shocker though. It makes sense though considering she's like, the baddest muther f****r in the valley, if only she could get out of Hell.

Oh and sorry about the chapter 8 thing. Been kinda busy, haven't had time to write. Speaking of that though, how would you feel about a "Fiction Vampire You" cropping up in my story?
