Being raised in the Salt Lake Valley of Utah offered more than a religious background for me. It left a persistent drive to understand more than the basic philosophical and theological beliefs offered.

After years of questions and finding answers there is now only one focus. What is the real capability of the human form and its experience here? Can we eat, think, and move in such a way that our lives become clear and more enjoyable? Can we create a sustainable future for our children through cultivating the earth?

This is a mixture of many influences, ranging from theological, astrological, anatomical, medicinal, permacultural, philosophical, psychological, holistic and yogic teaching.
