Me and my Pen

Best friends, me and my pen come out deep.
Black from the roots, true from the heart and soul,
whether you find us bitter or sweet,
We keep it real or not at all.
We keep it true and versatile.
We are deep and unique in style.
With truth I can make you cry or smile.
My pen is mild but can be wild.


And bear in mind, everytime we rhyme
we try to educate Mankind.
To some we teach, to others we preach
but to each we try to reach.
knowledge we keep, wisdom we seek
And we learn more on the streets
because education and knowledge
aren't defined or confined just in college.
