I am very grateful & happy that this page has over 7,145 LIKES since March of 2014. Per the page, I advocate greatly for people who suffer from chronic conditions (especially mental illness & suicide survivors & victim families) & I advocate for more openness & awareness of chronic pain as a diagnosis & as a WORLDWIDE epidemic.

I have lived & I have learned a great deal in my 38 years of life. Many people have told me I have endured & experienced more than people in their 60's-90's have endured & experienced in their own lives.

I love volunteering. I have been a Big Brother, delivered meals on wheels for our elderly population, helped with our homeless at the shelters & distribution centers. I have also served as an elected city council member & I have served as a treasurer for a community center in the past.

I love camping, anything outdoors, growing plants & gardening, strong conversation, coffee, Nature, riding bike trails, seeing the beauty in all things, & writing.

I am a Christian & I value my faith & I allow my faith to lead me in my ever day life & affairs.

I have a deep passion for helping others, politics, the Middle East, World Affairs, & I am known as a news "junkie"!
