I'm a typical college student disillusioned by society yet loving life. I've always loved to write but didn't begin to take it seriously until my junior year in highschool. I write because I want to contribute to the wealth of ideas that define our path, critique society, and explore the different dimensions of the human race. I hope that one day I can improve someone, anyone, with my writing, the way many authors have done for me.

I'm a self diagnosed political junkie who is a non-partisan liberal. I hate nationalism, hate even more when it is passed off as patriotism, and wish people would open their eyes and stop thinking in terms of boundaries and factions. I think Vonnegut explained it best..

"'You hate America, don't you?', she said.

'That would be as silly as loving it,' I said. 'It's impossible for me to get emotional about it, because real estate doesn't interest me. It's no doubt a great flaw in my personality, but I can't think in terms of boundaries. Those imaginary lines are as unreal to me as elves and pixies. I can't believe that they mark the end or the beginning of anything of real concern to a human soul. Virtues and vices, pleasures and pains cross boundaries at will.'" - Mother Night

Because of this many of my writings are political (ironically none really that are uploaded at the moment), but I also enjoy exploring other topics.
