My name is Brjden Crewe from Chicago, living in Vegas now part time. I'm officially bi-coastal(somewhat). I do freelance music and movies reviews for a few nameless magazines and I regularly recite spoken word pieces and ghostwrite poetry but I'm also looking to publish my first novel in the fall.

I enjoy mixing creative humor with serious topics of thought, but sometimes I strictly aim for entertainment as well. I desperately try not to write about the same thing twice, but certain subjects(politics, music, sex, relationships) always draws me back into the canvas. I try to be intelligent with my poetry without alienating an audience that may get lost within the depths of incredibly "fancy" words, so I try to find a balance. I also try to visually illustrate my wording and use color and pictures to keep the eyes of my reader and also express my feelings in certain parts of the piece. I want to relate to you and I want you to think, not necessarily agree. I love words and thought and I celebrate them both through my art......
I read all different types of shit, so to all of my new friends here, don't hesitate to send me all the crazy, suicidal, gross poetry you'd like. I love it all!
