I like to pretend I'm good at writing. So deep is that false belief that I have written a novel and sent it off to a publisher, which sent me back a very nice form letter that said, very politely, to go pound sand.
So now I'm bothering agents to see if they'll represent me. Still waiting on their denials. Good thing I'm a collector. My rejections may eventually find a place in Guiness World Records.
Meanwhile, I continue to ignore the fact that Novel #1 has six sequels to it, of which I've treated four and written three chapters of the second book. Maybe if I ignore them they'll go away.
So...while seeking to enhance my rejection collection (ooo, rhyme), I will post some of my more quirkier scribblings here so that other authors can feel the wrath of my mediocrity and allow me to fulfill the title of "Talentless Hack".
