Bio
My idea of Heaven is the Dorset countryside and shoreline .. there is nothing more beautiful than home.

'Like to wander about art galleries and book shops; go to the theatre, love music - most, any, all, according to mood; meet with 'old' friends, make new friends. ' Love listening to children's laughter, watching clouds play and sunbeams dancing on the sea. The smell of a smokey bonfire or coffee brewing makes my toes curl! I like to laugh but, being a trusting soul, can be very easily hurt.

Other than the above, I'm passionate about many things - which my writing will sometimes display. Being brief for now, I'm appalled at what we're doing to our beautiful earth and its beautiful earthlings. Being quite a political animal, ' would prefer to talk about topical events than clothes and make-up - sorry, girls!

I read Social History at uni, but, became a gardener - as one does! But because of a rather nasty back problem, I now design gardens and have a wonderful young man as my partner - he does the hard work and I wield the whip - nooooo ! Still manage to get my hands dirty however!

I've been 'scribbling' stories and poems since learning how to do joined-up writing. 'Been writing diaries since my early teens. Often, thoughts or emotions I put to paper/put up on the monitor are the masters rather than the servants of my imagination. 'Think maybe I become more complete when trying to birth something that needs to escape from deep inside me. It's exciting to start writing a story or poem, not have any plans, but, let it come into the world on its own .. maybe not the way to write but, my way. Bear with me - I try!
