I Am Somebody

I am somebody.

Somebody important

Amongst millions of people, I am different.

I can feel it, I was meant to do something different.

People go about their daily routines, doing the same thing every day,

I won’t be condemned to this fate…

Will I?

I like the desire and the purpose of the poem. I do believe each of us have a reason and purpose to be alive. Every person is somebody. But we can allow the people around us to kill our hope and dreams. I like the question at the end. It is our decision. Do nothing or do great things. Thank you for the excellent poetry.
