Your Love

There is so much emotion here, both love & pain, I wrote this quite a while ago, just as a way to express & therefore ease my feelings.

there's so much I want to tell u,

if only the words would come.
so much i want to share with u,

if only I could find that right moment.
my shell has become a prison,

I'm lost in this moment of uncertainty.
unable to express myself,

& feeling totally misunderstood.
suddenly I want to hide from u further,

but I see your face & I discover,
that I only love u all the more,

& my heart just melts.

 

my love for u churns up feelings,

that I never knew I had.
a courage I did not know existed,

a faith I could not comprehend,
till the day I fell for u,

& I knew that u loved me too.

a sense of never being alone,

since the day I held your heart in my hands.
I feel a joy from the depths of my soul,

that radiates across my face,
that only u could ever bring me.

while your arms are around me,

my heart & soul soars like an eagle.
I know that with your love,

I could accomplish anything.

I can still remember all the good times,

& all the trying times.
all those times made me understand,

just how much u care for me.
they all seem just like yesterday,

all our promises & vows to each other.
with tomorrow still just as bright,

I know I couldn't love u more.
