I've never read a palindrome poem before (or even heard of one) but I love the idea and I really like this one. I also like the way that the first part of the piece seems very definite but by the end I see it as questioning faith. I see the final line as being almost line a forlorn cry of "eternal life, is there?" but I guess interpretation is in the mind of the reader. Maybe other people will see it differently, that's the great benefit of omitting punctuation it empowers the reader to make their own conclusions. This is a nice piece of writing.
