Forget and forgive

Forget and forgive

A Poem by Faust

This is a cruel world we live in,
People would do anything just to win,
They lie, they cheat,
Then they say it just comes with living off the street,
Here life is rough,
Between those who are or just act tough,
They pick fights to see who will come out on top,
And it's not 'till you fall that they finally stop,
People get hurt or they die,
Whether they are a girl or a guy,
Here, people just don't care,
They will never be expected to play fair.
But oh well, tis the world we live,
Here, you just have to learn to forget and forgive.
