Ancient View

This was inspired by an article I read that claimed that the G-D of Israel YHVH ounce had a wife and as time went on they phased her out, so I thought it would be cool to write a poem about it.

Yahweh and his wife

Sitting on the throne of heaven

Helping, judging, loving us

We worship God

We adore his wife

 

Sophia is her name

She is with us always

Created by the Father so that I and I will have a mother

 

Yahweh and Sophia had beautiful children

Some obeyed the rules set forth by our Parents

Others fell into lust

Taking wives from mortal humans

Creating the gods

Which the Father drowned

 

Yahweh and his wife

Guiding us always

 

Yahweh has other wives as well

Though they are secondary to the Queen of heaven

 

Yahweh raised up a righteous woman

So she could bare him a child

He would do the Fathers will until the end

Yahweh is most gracious

All praise to he

All praise to he

And much respect for his wives

Full respect to his partner

Queen of heaven

Amen

I hope this doesn't offend anyone and they can take it as a historical curiosity than me claiming God has a wife.
