No one respects you

You spoke to Gabriel

People deny you

Saying you were only a tool

 

Where you a prophet?

Where you a nationalist?

Where you a quieted daughter?

Where you a soft-spoken wife?

 

You obeyed Yahweh’s call

For this some claim to Hail You

While denying your importance

 

Even you must suffer the consequences

Due to your fair sex

Even you are denied

wow, i really don`t remember if i read something like this and on this topic before! for me, you are so unique...You can see even in that discrimination, as she is loved as "Mother of God", but where is real Mary? The saint? (I liked the art in the painting. who is the author?)

I'm not sure who the artist of the picture is a friend of mine found it and forwarded it to me, it might be on-line. I'm glad you enjoyed it and I always felt that in both Islamic and Christian circles she always gets a back hand in a weird way.
