Resistance

Resistance

A Poem by AWickedMoon

A fugitive,

For wanting freedom,

For a people of nether land

Half breed they cry,

As I have two different eyes,

Our leader they thought crazy,

For wanting his people to be equal

And so he has been hanged.

How many times must we go through this cruel judgement?

What is the final price we must pay?

Before we learn that all are equal.
