Rage's Grasp (2)

Rage's Grasp (2)

A Poem by Joyi
"

A better flowing version of the original with some added lines. Hope you like this!

"

Sadness and fury,

The twins of rage.

Take over one’s body

Like a binding cage.

Their thoughts remain locked,

Guarded and watched,

For they never see the light,

Until the sun is blocked.

They pound and bash harder

Than one thousand knights,

But their lips remain sealed,

Thoughts never reaching day’s lights.

Their personality is a façade,

Truths all a lie.

Everything is a show,

For their audience to verify.

As the day ends,

All comes undone,

The lies and fallacies

Unravel one by one.

I am a lie and a fake,

An actor on a stage,

Spitting out the lines

I don’t want to say.

My normal is weird,

The truth is false,

Everything will be alright,

Until all falls apart.
