Sonnet XXXIX - The moon’s silvery light

Gazing at the whole moon’s silvery light

Amid vagabond napped clouds it rests

On peaceful meadow, in sparkly night

I follow its moves among the sky mists

 

A moment of peace from the worlds’ collides

A spellbinding voyage in tranquil brood

Where all the globe’s anxiety fades and hides

In my newborn ageless fantastic mood

 

Like a unicorn so divine and bright

Like a child’s wishing of warmth and care

Like all the fantasies provoked by night

My brain weaves such tales in romantic air

 

So I unleash my imagination

Beneath the moon’s silvery inspiration

The Moon is so fascinating! I have always loved the moon, ever since I was a little child. The way you describe the Moon is amazing, its beautiful!

Using the word, "whole" when describing the moon works, but it's also a chance to be creative--how else would you show the reader that it is a full moon? "sky mists" is lovely. The moon is a muse.
