SICK LANDLORD

 

Some landlords enjoy taking advantage of single mothers
Some moms are misinformed and suffer with these sick brothers

Some get thrown out and it's not just
Tenants should be informed and it's a must

Some landlords go into their tenants apartments without consent
Just like Rob, so many rules he's bent
If building my kitchen, his time he had spent
No problems would of occurred and I would've paid him his rent
If he had never shut off my utilities, to court I never would've went
For his illegal actions, I won't pay him a cent

He's been a homeowner for years
Therefore, he knew the rule and regulation
Because he has money, he thought he was an exception

He wanted me to believe that he was not wrong
So, I had to prove to him that he's not King Kong

If it happens to you, put up a fight
Don't be afraid because it's your right!

Well said hun, so many landlords do think they have more rights then they should have. I was with a friend once, and his landlord just walked in while we were eating dinner.
Yeah its not right.
I like the way you have written this, its personal true, and flows smoothly.
