Will You Remember Me

Will you remember me

will you remember when we first met

will you remember when we first locked eyes

the electricity that danced in the air between us

the feeling of instant connection that comes with such

Will you remember when I first walked up to you

the nervous smile that came to my face

will you remember when I first spoke to you

how I tripped over my words just to hear your voice

Will you remember me

will you remember how I lit up when you first told me your name

how I repeated it several times

how I savored it and let it dance in my mind

Will you remember me

the coversation we made

how it stretched the night

the way we talked and laughed

will you remember how it felt like we had always known each other

how it felt when we first brushed against each other

Will you remember me

will you cherish the night we had

will you remember me

as I remember you

will you remember
