Truth

We are always trying to find an answer.
An answer that will answer the ultimate question;
Why does humanity suffer so much?
Is it because of the seven deadly sins?
Or rather,
Is it because we know we will never find the truth?

We pretend that our minds are blank,
That salvation will never come.
Yet,
We cannot even blink twice without speaking lies.
We breathe as if we do not know that someone is dying.
Or rather,
Have we decided to push that concept deep within our mind?

"Live your life to the fullest" are words of ignorance and selfishness.
Yet,
We take this for granted.
We live our life to the fullest by pushing aside others
Casting them as if they were nothing but fish bait on a rod.
We have closed our eyes for so long,
For we do not crave the answer of truth,
But rather,
We fear it.

The world does not hate us, we hate the world.
