The Fall

The Fall

A Poem by Alistair (Ali)

Saw you descending from Alpha Centauri,
Coming in weightless on Geminid halos,
an ice-bow of swan cry, indelicate nova,
a meandering circus of flame .

All numinous vision run glossy with travel,
surrendering spells of chaotic design
to palace the valiant
light years with presence.

Your brigantine embers return.

Great story, the universe is so awesome it's magnificent marvelous, words can't explain the the wonderful things we see, I don't want to get spiritual but the bible tell us the grand creator created this universe for us to enjoy, I'm certainty enjoying it.

All the best to you.
The absolute outstanding thing here for me was the language you used. There are many ways to paint a picture but I like the colours you used

You have used some lovely words in this poem to good effect. We can but wonder at the universe. I love your idea of bringing presence to the chaos. Sometimes I think it is all a bit like a canvas, on which the Creator(s) paint into being. Nice write.

First I will thank You because I've learned some new words from Your poem, You've captured in Your words some of my thoughts I was thinking about from a while, and some of Your sentences spoke about it, taking example from this vast universe, something we see each night, a star, the birth of a star, bring it into our eyes, give a real sense of existence, and that star but like us, it falls, so it will rise again to shine, like the cycle of life, brilliantly done my friend, Thank You*
