God, Help Me Make It Home SafelyA Poem by BlueEyedAngelMy poor Angel Baby hanging on for safety, As her mom drive's her on home she wishes she was home alone. She looks up towards heaven and begins to pray. God, help me make it home in one piece today. You know I only have nine lives and today's not my day to die. Whew! I made it home in one piece at last. You try riding with her. It's not a blast. Her speeding is just so wrong. She's been doing it way too long. It's not easy, but I'll try and watch her the best I can. Do not know how much more of her driving I can stand. Amen! Written 3/14/16 8:30 p.m. © 2016 BlueEyedAngel |
