Swinging

Swinging

A Poem by AllauraRose
"

This is about swinging on a swing set, just to clarify any confusion.

"
High above the rest I fly

I kick my legs to reach the sky

Wind finds its way through my hair

Imagination relive me of all my cares

I love swinging! That's one of the times when I forget about everything other thing in this world and become a kid once again, kicking hard at the ground to reach the zenith.
A nostalgic, jovial write! Really liked it!

No worries
I like the simple idea portrayed in a short simply way. The first two lines sound wonderful together and the last two lines are absolutely beautiful in sentiment. I will say that I think the "The" and "My" that start off each of the last two lines could be taken out. Also I think there is a typo with "relives" and it should be "relieve".

I really do love this. Swinging is sooooo underrated. Much enjoyed!
