It's The End (poem)

It's The End (poem)

A Poem by AllyMarie

The ocean brewing a deadly storm.
Over there too cold. Over here too warm.
Lightening striking. Thunder force sheer.
Fallen rain, recycled tears.

Paycheck to paycheck. No paycheck at all.
London bridge and towers fall.
Court rooms full. Men kill for fun.
Mercy mercy, oh red rum.

Liquor, cigarettes, and drugs a must.
And lust, lust, lust, lust.
Disease, famine, desperataion, death.
First Amendment, wasted breath.

Lethal, toxic, nuclear, boom.
Greed growing, out of room.
White, black, rainbow - lies.
Green valleys, red streets, blue skies.

Screams, cries, silence screams.
Reality unreal, weakening seams.
See, smell, taste, hear, touch.
Rabbit's winning, not by much.

On the edge, no where to go.
Outsider enemy, insider foe.
Honor and pride, fight and defend.
Click, bang! The end.
