A Poem by Alondra Martinez

Memories in my mind, closing my eyes
 hearing your voice
I can't go back to this because i know i have no choice
Bittersweet memories talking on the phone
listening to the music no one will ever know
It seems it's like yesterday feeling your lips against mine,
How is it i couldn't see the sign?
You're a lost boy wanting to be found
but never realized i was there when you drowned,
you left me in pain
and now all I feel is drained
Now you've gone away
but the memories make me sway..
