Submerged In Thoughts

The feeling of not being able to explain what you're feeling is uneasy it's heartbreaking actually

It was consuming
But I can’t think
It wasn’t like I was refusing
To think about it
The thought takes over
Leaving me with constant
Thoughts; I’m thinking
So much that it’s deepening
I’m drowning in thought;
Swimming in sadness
