A Poem by An Ordinary Woman

...just thoughts...and needs a better title too

The breath of a cloud
whispered in my ear
and like the rain
sometimes seem,
its words were never ending.

"Love," it said,
"showers little droplets.
And sometimes it's good,”
said the breeze,
“to forget one's umbrella."

Tamara, your poem speaks a simple truth, which we often don't want to hear or be told. It's ok to let down our shields and experience life as it happens. As possible changes to your poem, i suggest:

"and like rain
sometime seems,"

be changed to this:

"and like rain
it sometime seems,"....

Otherwise, i wouldn't change anything else in the poem. Thank you for sharing this poem with us.
