Her Death

Her Death

A Poem by Andrea Vargas

She wanders only to wonder,

if her tears will sprout flowers,

as she takes each step,

but never contains an ounce of power,

as her tears fall of acid,

and her weeping shudders her heart,

she struggles to breath,

as death shoots one powerful dart,

catching her limb by limb,

as she sways with the wind,

only to fall,

as her sight slowly dims,

and leaves with a whispher of powerful sins

This a very good poem.. I love the soft approach you took in the beginning.~"She wanders only to wonder, if her tears wil sprout flowers, as she takes each step"...it starts to pick up the tempo in the middle... then, ends with a whisper. Nice write!
