 BLESSED../W KTORA STRONE ISC/

Blessed are they, who understand
That my feet go slowly now,
and why my hands are shaking.

Blessed those who are aware
that my ears have not heard,
or I didn't understand right away;

Blessed will they be, who know
that my eyes see badly now.

Blessed will  you be,
if you don't laugh at me,
when something falls out of my hands,
or help me to find my things.

Blessed will be those who smile at me,
Or who come by once in a while to talk with me.

Blessings upon those who recognize my problems
and try to ease my suffering.

Blessed will they be, who let me know that I am loved, and who gladly celebrate with me.

Blessed are those who are with me,
now when I go into my eternity.
Blessed are you all,who are good to me,
For you help remind me  of God ;
I am sure they will never be forgotten when one day soon, I am with Him!

Wonderful Poem, Loved it.
There's always a story behind each writers poetry. At present, I have aging parents who have always shown leadership and independence, yet now they struggle with the simplest tasks. Your poem characterized their struggle nicely. Brings dignity back from where it was misplaced. Thank you.
